Sellsword’s Neutral L1s are much better than Gotthard’s. Gotthard’s have a nice rolling L1 though, and are the longest straightsword IIRC making them good for PvP. For a PvE dex build though sellswords are unquestionably better, as its neutral L1s are fast, hit relatively hard, and only get better if buffed with resin or a spell buff

Raw infusion is the best at low levels, but Sharp gets better fast. The damage of your weapons is determined by the base damage of the weapon + the scaling. Both get better by upgrading the weapon. The main benefit of faith is buffing, which is great for bosses but weak for PvP. The best way to do chip damage in PvP is with infusions rather than buffs. These blades DESTROY bosses. I struggled a bit in the first 2 hours, died like 4 times to Vordt, but from that point onwards, I haven't died more than 3 times to a boss. Depends on what you want to use. Personally i would Go for dex get the lothric knight sword/ultra great sword. Sharp infuse them both, you should aswell get the sellsword twinblades.
